Tickets sold through Mingle Society are nominal tickets for events that take place on a specific calendar date. For such services, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
The legal basis is OUG no. 34/2014, art. 16 lit. l), which exempts from the right of withdrawal services related to leisure activities, where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. A ticket to a fixed-date event falls within this exception.
Since the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, refunding tickets is a contractual matter, not a statutory withdrawal obligation. In line with the platform's Terms and Conditions, purchased tickets are non-refundable, except where the event is cancelled by the organizer or by the platform administrators. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified by email.
