The ticket price is not set by Mingle Society but by the event organizer, who is the seller of the ticket. The VAT regime applicable to the ticket is therefore the organizer's: many organizers are not registered for VAT, in which case the ticket price contains no VAT.

In every case, the price displayed is the final price. No tax or charge is added on top of the amount shown at checkout.

Authorizations and licenses

Mingle Society operates as an intermediary for the sale of event tickets. No special authorizations or licenses are required for this intermediation activity. Event organizers are responsible for obtaining, where applicable, any authorizations they themselves need in order to run their events.
